The TurboChef SOTA I1 Rapid Cook Oven provides a superior cooking performance using less space and consuming less energy than more traditional ovens. It is attractive enough for front of house use and does not require a costly extraction hood. The oven is simple to use, with a smart menu system which can store 256 menus and has built in self diagnostics. It is up to 10 times as fast as a conventional oven and comes in 3 types of electrical loading
